Screw Machining

Screw machines produce threaded parts in mass quantities. A fast and cost-effective way to produce large quantities of threaded parts. Our screw machine manufacture screws with extremely tight tolerances. We commonly use metals include aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, nickel, hardened metals, precious metals, steel, tool steel, stainless steel, steel alloys and Plastics.

  • spacers
  • standoffs, custom (hex, round, square)
  • panel fasteners
  • precision electronic hardware, custom
  • retainers, captive panel screws
  • Both custom and standard screws
  • connectors
  • nozzles

    CNC Milling / Drilling

CNC milling uses a rotating cutter for quick and efficient slot cutting, planing, milling and drilling. The worktable is capable of moving in multiple dimensions around the part being machined.

    CNC Turning

CNC Turning Centers enable the manufacturing of very complex parts. Turning Centers enable shorter lead times for production and prototype. Machines equipped with automatic bar feeds increasing production. Hard wired CNC controls and dedicated tools minimizes set-up times.

    CNC Swiss

Swiss turning allows parts to move along a Z-axis while the tools remain stationary, unlike conventional turning in which the part is stationary and the tools move. Work pieces are firmly held within the machine and are advanced through a guide bushing. Different types of guide bushing can be used to achieve tighter fits and tolerances. Because only one section of the piece is machined at a time, this process almost completely eliminates deflection and vibration to further improve machining accuracy.
