Different types of guide bushings used to achive tighter fits & tolerences.
Live drilling and milling capabilities.
Swiss turning allow parts to move along a Z-axis while the tools remain stationary, unlike conventional turning in which the part is stationary and the tools move. Work pieces are firmly held within the machine and are advanced through a guide bushing. Different types of guide bushing can be used to achieve tighter fits and tolerances. Because only one section of the piece is machined at a time, this process almost completely eliminates deflection and vibration to further improves machining accuracy.
