Swiss Screw Machines provide capability to machine very small parts. Fast cost effective way to produce large quantities of intricate, precise parts.

Different types of guide bushings used to achive tighter fits & tolerences.

Live drilling and milling capabilities.

Swiss turning allow parts to move along a Z-axis while the tools remain stationary, unlike conventional turning in which the part is stationary and the tools move. Work pieces are firmly held within the machine and are advanced through a guide bushing. Different types of guide bushing can be used to achieve tighter fits and tolerances. Because only one section of the piece is machined at a time, this process almost completely eliminates deflection and vibration to further improves machining accuracy.

Capabilities  How The 52 Turn System Works  Quality Assurance Equipment

Basically each program is custom made in conjunction with customer commitment on minimum and maximum levels of inventory and pricing.

Typically the customer would submit a list of part numbers with annual quantities. Rable would price these parts assuming the customer is responsible for the annual buy. Part design stability is an important issue since you are responsible for the quantity at the revision level you committed with your order. As we all know, as the purchase order quantity is increased, the unit price will decrease.

The great value is, you can reduce your inventory to near ZERO. At the very least, we can say, based on the most recent examples, your inventory will be reduced dramatically. We do not have minimums on release quantities. That is to say if you only need 1 piece we will allow you to release that 1 piece. Production is “LOT CONTROLLED”, so once you receive parts from a given lot number you can be assured the balance of the order is representative of the first release you have received. Lot control also simplifies the certification process. Most customers send their parts directly to the production line skipping Q.A. and stores.

Typically one purchase order is given at the time of the order. It can be an open ended agreement or we can deduct releases from the order and notify you when a new purchase order is required.

Releases are faxed in. We prefer a spread sheet type form with all part numbers listed. You simply list the number of each part you want released and the date you want it. Since you release only what you need, when you need it, there is no expediting, no change orders and no panic.
